While Metro Fire Radio is a communications group, some of it's
members have an interest in photography of emergency workers. Metro
Fire Radio merely provides web space for that photographer to
present his artwork/photography free of charge as a member.
The photos contained on this web site are sole property of the
photographer. Metro Fire Radio it's members, affiliates, or
administration assume absolutely no liability or responsibility for
the images portrayed by the photographer.
While Metro Fire Radio is a communications group, some of it's members have an interest in photographing emergency service workers in the field. Furthermore, at no time will Metro Fire Radio allow
photographs which will be of evidentiary value or any images that
compromise an investigation once we've been advise of such.
Immediately upon being notified of such, we will make every possible
effort to remove the photos to meet an agencies request.
If you see a photo that has been posted from your agency which you
feel should not be posted, or would like removed, Metro Fire Radio
will comply with the request and the photographer will be allowed
to influence the decision.
